Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU)

n. 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter also “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,

We inform you that the personal data voluntarily made available by you to the Data Controller will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, however, of the principles of confidentiality which inspired the activity of the company.

Premise

This Privacy Policy is made for the Sites owned by Sigismondi Immobiliare S.r.l. in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, with registered office in Via Poppea Sabina 17, 00131, Rome (RM), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Rome at n. 08916431003, with P. VAT no. 08916431003.

Sigismondi Immobiliare S.r.l., in person of the pro tempore legal representative, as Data Controller of the Processing of Your Personal Data, pursuant to and for the purposes of the current legislation, Reg.to UE 2016/679 as of May 23, 2018, below for brevity “GDPR”, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality.

It is specified that the consent mechanisms will be obvious, short and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested change, and if the purpose of the data processing changes, further consent will be required pursuant to European Regulation no. 679/2016

It is also specified that all consents collected will be subject to documentation kept separate from any other company document, Your personal data will not be disseminated and will be recognized the exercise of the rights referred to in art. 11-20 of the European Regulation

Your personal data will be processed in reference to the legal provisions of the current legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.

Websites governed by this Privacy Policy

Purpose and legal basis of data processing.

Sigismondi Immobiliare S.r.l. will use the collected data for the following purposes:

• technical and functional access to the Sites;
• advanced navigation purposes and personalized content management;
• statistical and analysis purposes of navigation and users;
• to comply with your requests received by the Company;
• to obtain statistical information about the functioning of the Sites and to improve the services offered;
• to prevent and detect any abuse of the Sites or fraudulent activities carried out through the Sites;
• for the exercise and defence of the rights of the company before the Judicial Authority.

Methods of processing

The processing of the Websites takes place at the registered office of the Data Controller (specified above) and at the service provider of the Sites, by means of computer tools using software systems managed directly and by third parties with temporary treatment in anonymous form.

Each processing is carried out in compliance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures.

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and by any occasional responsible for maintenance operations.

Data retention

Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimisation of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of storage of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law. You can always ask for the interruption of the processing or the cancellation of the data by contacting the Data Controller.

Rights of the data subject:

You have the right to obtain the cancellation (right for oblivion), the limitation, the updating, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, pursuant to art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of making a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain information about:

• personal data origin;
• processing purposes and methods;

• the logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools;
• the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, co. 2;
• the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, as responsible persons or as persons in charge.

Tha data subject, also, has the right to obtain:

• updating, correcting or, where appropriate, integrating the data;
• the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
• attestation that the transactions referred to in paragraphs a) and b) have been carried out, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the date of update.
